Dear friend,
              How are you now? Are you fine right there under the depression? That's such a long time no see ya. I know you are a depression person because I had heard about you from someone. I know that teenagers like us will easily get this bad situation but we can handle it by ourself if we are strong. We need to be strong so that our emotion in not be concered by depression feelings. Maybe I can help you to reduce that feeling from your soul.
             
              There are many effective ways to overcome depression. First,get enough sleep as teenagers. We must have 8 hours to sleep so that we can control our emotion not to be into stress. Getting the right amount of sleep deprivation depression. I like to advice you take enough rest and let your soul in peace and maintain. I had an experience about this and I would like to share with you. when I was young, I get bad stress because of my study. My head is so hurt and I almost want to be a bad person because I can't get good result in my exam. I was though that when I be a bad person, I will run out from my studies problem but when I sleep well, I was realize that become a bad person can't help me anyway. So you maybe can try this way to overcome your depression soul.

               Second, you must give your forgiveness to others who was make you angry and unsatisfied. When you forgive, you remove this weight from your shoulders so it dont make you in guilty situation and put yourself in a position to be happier. You must ignore enything what people say about you because people is like grass. When it was flown by air, it will move towards the movement of the air. We cant' change them to stop talking bad about us but you can ignore about that even what they say is true. If you take it serious, it will make you more angry and you can be stress.

                So, I hope that you can reduce your bad soul of to be depression in your mind and can be like others people who can live without depression. Depression will not make you like a people but it can make you to be a dead person who still alive and live without friend. Meet people and make a new friends so that you can feel like you are not alone. All of us will help you to be a normal person. Take care of yourself there and be careful.
